Acro (Ages 6-12, Ages 12 & Up)

We utilize the Acrobatics Arts Professional Curriculum for Acrobatic Dance in our Acro classes. This program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in the five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Acro is a fun and challenging way to learn a whole new side of dance! Even better, because of the emphasis placed on flexibility, strength, and balance training you will see improvements in your dance skills in your other dance classes as well! (1 hour).
